These Professional activities are different from Mentoring Services; and generally constitute one of the following scenarios:

Supervision and Evaluation of Clinical or Case Work Social Workers, Psychologists, Pastoral Counselors, Marital and Family Counselors, Psychotherapists, School Guidance Counselors, Psychiatrists, or other Human Service Professionals….who, because of Licensure or Accreditation Standards, or Persona Development Agendas…..seek my assessment of the Quality and Competency of their Professional Work.

Oversight, Data or Program Information Analysis, Research, or Consultative Supervision of Organizational Policies or Programs, or Staff Inputs or Outcomes…..to determine the Effectiveness and Efficiency of either Tactical or Strategic…… Business, Governmental, or Human Service Organizational Operations. These various dimensions of Program Evaluation; often entail “Oversight, Troubleshooting, Crisis Management, Organizational Transition, Cost Containment, Communication Blockage, Staff Relations, Mission Discrepancy, Client Need or Demographic Change, or Supervisory/Staff Performance Incompetence”…..Problems, where I could also work as a Member of a Consultative Team.

Informal General Assessment of Individual, Small Group, Organizational, or Community Goals or Agendas………as these correspond to the various Humanistic, Spiritual, Community-Development, or Quality-of-Life Philosophies which represent my Personal and Professional Standards of Living. In these cases, I might provide General Consultation to Boards of Directors or Trustees, Agency or Program Directors, Government or Community Leaders, or other Concerned Citizens….relative to Questions or Issues that arise in the articulation of our individual and collective lives.

Fees for all of the these services, are Billed at $50 per/hour
